Warm, Welcoming, and Amazing!
And there was no deadbolt on the doors... So I NEVER felt safe and had to always find ways to block my front door...
Also, shower drainage smell was a major concern but I was on the first floor... And I came during the road works season in May 2024 and the works were RIGHT OUTSIDE MY BALCONY... And the noise never carried into the room... So yey!
The service from check-in, in-between, check-out, were all fantastic...
Special shoutout to Aldryx! Truly an asset to the brand (saw another reviewer saying so!) He was ever ready with a smile and always on hand when you need help or have any questions! He deserves a raise!
I booked not needing a brekkie as there is a kitchenette in the room but it was definitely good to have for the mornings I was up and about during brekkie hours... Grabbed milk, cereal, and the fruit cups and was happy... Parking was easy and plenty too! Major love...
I went to visit family I haven't seen for awhile and as a solo female traveller, I'd definitely be back, even if there is no deadbolt! Highly recommended!

Very disappointed
To say that I am totally disappointed is an understatement!!!
I have to say that on arrival the staff were more than accommodating in shifting us from our original room due to the aircon not working & not to mention the sewerage smell coming from the drain in the bathroom to be told they could fix it by tipping disinfectant down the drain. But to their credit they moved us because I also had concerns of being on the bottom floor whilst my husband was in hospital. Full stars for their understanding my concerns.
What really gets me is that they advertise a continental breakfast included in the $233 per night which was a small cereal packet, with a spc long life fruit & milk.....no bread for toast or condiments. DO NOT use covid as the excuse for no longer having the kitchen area available to serve the CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST YOU ADVERTISE WHEN BOOKING. I stayed with you guys in 2021 in the midst of Covid and you still served what you promised/advertise. Other accommodation are still serving breakfast packages so don't mislead people who are booking based on serious medical conditions. I will be looking at other options around the corner from you next time
