You will be pleased to know, the new venue adjacent to reception is launching this weekend. Matte Black Violet is Townsville's newest bar and restaurant, specializing in modern Australia cuisine - we hope you have the opportunity to dine with them during your next stay.

Lawaaierig, gedateerd, niet goed schoongemaakt. 24 uur toegang voor het publiek en een nacht van slaande deuren zonder slaap. Management was onbehulpzaam
Management ongeïnteresseerd. Geen ontvangst duidelijkheid. De deur sloeg de hele nacht. Geen slaap. Meubels gedateerd. Donker. Zeer slecht hotel.

Madison Plaza Townsville has recently undergone a full upgrade to its locking system, which includes a card reader at the main entrance to ensure after hours access to the hotel is exclusively for in-house guests.
Further, this property has had a full staff restructure brought on due to the current global pandemic. Hopefully when we introduce new management and front office staff at the property, our guests have a significantly better experience here.
We really appreciate your honest feedback, as it allows us to hear what our guests are happy with, as well as where they would like to see us make improvements.

Attent, zeer beleefd en vriendelijk personeel.
Gelegen in de stad en net om de hoek van City Lane Food Hall met uitstekende voedselkeuzes en kwaliteit.
