I am also thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the very friendly and helpful level of service provided by our staff. Please kindly note that we do have a small number of microwaves available on hand on a first come, first served basis. Should you require a microwave during your stay, please do not hesitate to let us know at the time of your booking so we can try to have one ready for you or inquire about it during check-in and we can provide you with one if available. Alternatively, you could also book a kitchenette room as it comes already equipped with a microwave, along with an oven, stove, and cookware and utensils so you can prepare your own food in your room.
Should you ever have any questions, issues, or concerns during your stay, please do not hesitate to let us know as we have staff members available at our front desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you.

It is wonderful to see that your stay with us has been exceptional, and I am delighted to learn that you enjoyed our staff's level of service, our complimentary breakfast and coffee, and our on-site facilities such as our laundry room and fitness room. We are a short 10-minute walk away from direct SkyTrain access at Royal Oak Station, where guests can take the SkyTrain and arrive in downtown Vancouver in 17 minutes (Stadium-Chinatown Station) to 21 minutes (Waterfront Station, terminus station).

Prima Hotel
We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en het ontbijt was ook prima geregeld. Parkeren is mogelijk op het terrein en kan soms dicht bij de kamer.
Het hotel is gebouwd in “motel” style , waar niets mis mee is, de kamers waren verzorgd en schoon. We kregen een kamer toegewezen dicht bij de ingang/keuken van het Restaurant , met daarbij als opmerking dat de buitenstaande afvalbakken wel een minder prettige lucht afgaven.
Ik zou zeker overwegen om bij een volgend bezoek hier wederom te verblijven.
