Damage deposit will not be charged or hold, this will occur, just if there is a damage. The credit card information will be appearing on file but will be used just in case occurs the damage. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation only at the Check-in moment. Please note that the official check-in time is 2:00 PM up until midnight. Guests are free to drop off luggage ahead of check-in time. For early check-in, please reach out to the property. The payment will be processed by Diana's Luxury Accommodation. Credit cardholder must match guest name. Local tourists from 120km around Vancouver are not allowed to come to accommodation nor book the property. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Only Diana's Luxury Accommodation will collect payment for your reservations with cash, mastercard, visa or direct debit. The room #9 With be accesible only after 9 PM today local time, guest who book can stay in the surroundings meanwhile. Guests upon reservation are requested to inform the property immediately about their expected arrival time.
