Mooi hotel in het centrum van de stad
Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van de oude binnenstad van Hamburg, en heeft een ov-halte op twee minuten lopen van de ingang.
Leuke locatie met veel winkels en restaurants in de buurt.
De kamer was netjes. Goede douche, prima airco, lekker bed en een raam dat open kon voor de frisse lucht. Koffie- en theefaciliteiten op de kamer, evenals een koelkast en een kleine strijkplank. Fijn voor een zakelijke trip.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie, en een prima ontbijtbuffet.

Fantastisch!!!
Ik hield absoluut van dit hotel, voor ons was het fantastisch in alle mogelijke manieren. We doen stedentrips in de winter en wat we leuk vinden is het hotel centraal, bereikbaar met de auto en een goede kamer om te ontspannen. Het voldeed aan al deze vakjes. Verder het bed en kussens waren zo comfortabel, en het ontbijt was het beste wat je je kunt voorstellen. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. We vonden het alle drie geweldig, ik zou nooit aarzelen om terug te keren, ik kan dit hotel aan iedereen aanraden!

Eenvoudig is de beste
De locatie is perfect. Het is erg handig om te gaan winkelen, om concert en opera te bezoeken.
De kamer is schoon en eenvoudig. Je hebt alles in de kamer om het jezelf gemakkelijk te maken.
Ontbijt heeft een hoge kwaliteit, en floor manager was erg aardig. Je kunt er elke dag een goede start hebben.

Incompetentie op zijn hoogtepunt
Het receptiepersoneel vertelde ons onbeschoft dat we de AC-temperatuur niet individueel konden aanpassen vanwege overheidsvoorschriften. Na geklaagd te hebben, werd ons een upgrade beloofd, maar werden verplaatst naar een kamer van dezelfde categorie. Ondanks het indienen van klachten via Boeking, receptie en management, werd er geen enkele behandeld, inclusief een restitutieverzoek voor de eerste nacht, omdat het proces van het verplaatsen van kamers meer dan zes uur in beslag nam. Deze hele ervaring voelde als oplichting.

Bed is keihard. Kussens flinterdun.
Mooi hotel zoals het zou moeten zijn voor de prijs, en omdat het 5 sterren vanaf het personeel. Sliep er voor 2 nachten en alles was prima, behalve dat ik niet kon slapen - - niet meer dan een uur per keer als gevolg van een zeer stevige matras die zeer ongemakkelijk was, en kussens die bijna nutteloos waren (ze gereduceerd tot papier dun nadat het gewicht van je hoofd plat ze) . Sorry, maar het hele punt van een hotel is om comfortabel te slapen en dit was niet mogelijk om hun beddengoed en kussens. Had dit een lagere kosten vestiging zou ik minder hebben verwacht, maar niet voor deze prijs.
Ook de bar is te duur - zoek een drankje elders.
