Geen 4 sterren dan ook!
Ik heb 2 sterren hotel veel beter gezien.
Inchecken zou om 15.00 uur zijn, kon pas om 15.00 uur in de kamer: 45 pm.
We moesten twee keer kamers veranderen als ze allemaal vies waren.

Gordijnen gebroken
Bed niet opgemaakt
Ik zal hier nooit meer verblijven

Uitstekend verblijf!
Ik maakte een fout voor mijn boeking in eerste instantie en ik kreeg alle hulp en follow-ups met het personeel. Eerlijk gezegd was ik erg verrast door de manier waarop het personeel omging met de problemen. Duim omhoog!!! Speciale dank aan het personeel dat al mijn e-mails behandeld!
Hartelijk dank aan al het personeel (admin/receptie/ontbijt/restaurant/huishoudster voor de kamer 104 op 3 augustus) voor onze mooie weekend ervaringen in het hotel! Ik waardeerde echt de hulp en vriendelijkheid van het personeel.
Het hotel is een oud hotel, maar ik wist al voor het boeken dus niets teleur te stellen. Het was een onverwachte goede ervaring voor ons en we zullen zeker terugkomen voor een weekendje weg om te genieten van het zwembad en om te ontspannen.
Onze kamer was zeer ruim en het past goed voor 2 volwassenen en 2 jonge kinderen (We waren 1 volwassene en 3 kinderen). Ik gebruikte de keuken niet zo veel, maar het was erg handig om een aantal picknicks te bereiden.
Het stadscentrum ligt op 10 minuten lopen en er zijn tal van goede restaurants en bakkerijen.

The ambiance of our rooms is designed to provide a tranquil atmosphere, and we regret to hear that the lighting was not to your satisfaction. We understand the importance of having fully functional equipment and are disappointed to learn of the difficulties you encountered. Our staff is usually known for their courteous and helpful service, and it is disheartening to hear that this was not your experience. We acknowledge your observations regarding the room occupancy and parking, and we take your perception seriously.
Safety is a paramount concern, and the condition of the terrace mentioned warrants our immediate attention. Comfort is also key, especially regarding bedding such as sofa beds, and we regret any discomfort caused. We understand that noise can be disruptive, and while our rooms are equipped with double-glazing, we are sorry if you experienced any disturbances. The separate toilet facilities are indeed a characteristic of some European designs, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have posed.
Nonetheless, we are situated just a few minutes from Geneva’s vibrant city centre and in close proximity to the airport and Palexpo, making it an ideal location for exploring the area and attending events. We hope that the convenience of our location was a positive aspect of your stay.
