Best Hotel in Bilaspur.
Mijn verblijf was comfortabel alle dankzij Mr. Himashu Tripathi. - De Front Office Manager. Hij zorgde echt voor iedere dingen en minuten details mijn verblijf onvergetelijk te maken.
Hij heeft zelfs aangeboden carwash voor mijn auto op alle dagen. Hij was zeer beleefd, bescheiden en grondige meneer.
Het hotel is het beste hotel in Bilaspur. Goede grote kamers en badkamers.
Het huishoudelijk personeel - Mr. Satya was ook erg lief en enkele bloemen en desserts in onze kamer.
Enige is dat de airconditioning - die mijns inziens was niet koeling dus goed. Al had ik stel de temperatuurregelaar naar de laagste maar ze zeiden dat het niet krijgt koeler dan 21 C. ze moet buigen. Het was vochtig snikheet hitte zomer weer. Als airconditioner was meer koeling dan het was - het zou geweldig zijn geweest.
De Wifi was goed.
