However, I feel sorry to read your comments on your disappointment while staying with us and please accept my most sincere apologies for not having fulfilled your expectations.
As for our room cleaning, our cleaning crews work hard and do pay close attention to make sure the rooms and corridor are cleaned properly. However, this time it was not up to the standard to provide comfortable condition for our guest to be staying in. We are very sorry that we could not meet the expectation. This case will be examined closely, and the operation will be reconsidered in order to improve our service.
