Nice stay
In the room most well, only the toilet with a continuous water leak, and the internet with too many intermittent, which avoids performing activities properly and even watching TV.

The staff is well dressed and service is awesome.
Everything about the hotel is old and dated.
Bedding does not even has a duvet or sheet over comforter.
I work for a luxury hotel in Toronto.
This was not my standard of living or expectation of the hotel.
Reason for my stay was to attend friends 50th birthday.

It may get better, but it's fine for what you pay
The pool area is similarly clean, has toilets and 4 tables with chairs and umbrellas. The only drawback that I see is that it is carpeted the entire floor (at least the second) where I stayed, corridors and room. Somewhere they keep black stains of dirt because of the carpet; I don’t like the carpet for keeping dust and dirt. Another problem is that the safe at least in my room (210) did not work, the sliding door of the shower was jammed and the drain is heard at night (the above, also said by my friends of 204). With some maintenance, it sure would look great.
