Memorable Stay at Anukama
Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly from the start. Our room was equipped with modern amenities like fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a TV. The pool was large and well-maintained, and there were leisure activities like carrom, chess, and badminton. The resort also features a variety of plants, making exploring the surroundings enjoyable. They also assist with trips to Pigeon Island, as well as dolphin and whale watching, making everything hassle-free.
The meals were delicious, and they offered a great variety. Every staff member we met was attentive and made our stay memorable.
Highly recommended for a peaceful and luxurious getaway !

Exorbitant Award for an Inn in this Category
From the moment we arrived we understood what kind of establishment we were in: in all the other hotels, welcome with a glass of fresh juice. The one glass of an indefinable orange liquid, chemical, abominable.
In the room, decor and basic furniture: 1 single bedside table, no closet, 1 single pillow per person, 1 single napkin per person and a roll of toilet paper almost empty...! No tea bags either.
No pool towel: you have to move to ask for them.
Right in front of the Bungalow: on one side a used handkerchief, on the other, a sanitary pad. And by the pool, user bandages glued on the tiles.
We also had the unpleasant surprise to find that the rooms are not cleaned if you do not ask!
Same for the terrace: used glasses and cups can stay all day on our table, no one is interested.
The pool was dirty: greenish water
No hot water also in my daughter’s bathroom
In short an exorbitant price for a small 2 star Pension at best. We paid the same rate as the Marina Beach Pension in Colombo!!!
