WaterWayTo Do A Hotel Stay

This is a very quick message to express our appreciation and thanks for a great stay with yourselves over the past five nights. We emailed and was confirmed (by Eva) that a top floor Waterside view guaranteed. And. It was!
We celebrated our 47:years together happily in SUA as planned but were most impressed with the inclusion of a card and chocolates! That really meant a lot and shows how thoughtful and generous your staff there go the extra mile to be that bit different to the norm- thank goodness!
Goes without saying when we next visit Stafford then Waterways PI will be first port of call to book!

Stratford premier inn, disappointing

I booked a room here because of the location to see the ABBA voyage show. I opted for the Premier plus room to make it more special but in my opinion i wouldn't bother. It isnt worth the extra cost. Two small bottles of water, 2 very small bars of chocolate, 2 coffee pods are not worth it. The room also seemed smaller as did the bed.
The breakfast buffet was lukewarm.
On booking the room it said parking is available at Westfield for £16 for 24 hours, totally incorrect, it's actually £25. ! None of the staff had a clue about it.
Oh and the WiFi was impossible to connect to and the remote control didn't work.
It was one of the worst Premier Inn experiences we've had unfortunately.
The location was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful but just too many negatives.

A night away with friends

Lovely Premier Inn. We chose an upgraded room and were very happy with it. Great shower and the bathroom had some clever lighting. We got upgraded wifi which was helpful. Bed was comfy as you would expect at a Premier Inn and the service we received was fab.

Parking available only if your there earlier enough.

Have stayed at this premier inn before. On this visit, the room although premier plus was not the best. Think we may have been spoilt on our previous visit. We stayed Sunday 16th February to 19th February 2025. No parking available on Tuesday 18th February. No where does it say on the blurb that it is first come first served. We were told in no uncertain terms we would have to park elsewhere! Do not advertise parking if it is not available. We now have to be up and moving by 8am Wednesday 19th to move our car. Have to say this has left a very sour taste and we will certainly consider ever staying here again due to the parking. The staff although not their fault were very matter of fact and being told if you book in at 8pm well that's it did not go down well. We had been out to dinner and needed to use the car and as advertised expected to be able to park on our return. Extremely disappointing and will certainly look elsewhere in the future.

Premier Plus room, fantastic all round!

First time in a premier plus room, we had room 304, top floor...massive room, very clean,very comfy, great rainfall shower huge shower. Definitely worth the extra cost, in future will get the bigger plus rooms at Premier Inn. Their breakfast (hot) is always excellent value too!
