Uitstekende werknemer - Sunny
We zagen Sunny nog een paar keer op onze reis en ze begroette ons elke keer met de vraag of we genoten van ons verblijf en of er iets was waar we hulp bij nodig hadden.
Sunny deed haar uiterste best om ons niet alleen uitstekende klantenservice te tonen, maar ook om gewoon aardig te zijn. In deze tijd van niemand die een paar minuten nam om je te helpen, was het zo verfrissend om Sunny tegen te komen.
Sunny maakte ons verblijf dat extra speciaal. We waren haar echt dankbaar. Ze is wat je zou beschouwen als een uitstekende werknemer. Ik zit in HR en ik kan alleen maar wensen om mensen zoals zij tegen te komen.
Dank je, Sunny, dat je een extra stap voor ons hebt gezet. Je hebt een speciaal hart.

Een zeer gedateerd hotel, maar in goede nabijheid van Disneyland
Check-in was super snel. Maar de kamer, hoewel schoon, had een zeer vreemde geur en de meest piepende bedden die ik ooit heb gekend. Aanvankelijk denken dat de geur was de extreem luide airco - con unit, we schakelden dit uit om te proberen en te slapen. Beiden werden we de volgende dag wakker met vreselijke keelpijn en de lucht in de kamer voelde extreem vochtig. Dus we draaiden de airco weer aan waardoor dit probleem leek op te lossen. Een ding is echter dat met de luide air - con unit op door de nacht, dit maakte het erg moeilijk om te slapen.
Nogmaals, dit was geweldig voor de locatie, maar al het andere moest worden gerepareerd / gerenoveerd, dus als je een nieuwer hotel in de buurt kan veroorloven en dit prijsverschil is de moeite waard voor u, doe dat dan.
