It was okay the room was comfort for us but when we went to shower in the morning the drain clogged. We had to ask if they could provide another room to shower for my family of 5

I did not receive my check in code or room number until almost 5:00. I contacted the hotel 4 times starting at 10:00 am. By 5:00 we were cold and just wanted to get into our room and warm up with a cup of hot coffee. However there was no coffee maker. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable.

Just wanted my money back. There was many things wrong but spoke w whom i believed was the owner. I got it so i womt bad mouth.

No one there to check us in had to go to a different hotel to pick up keys five teenagers behind lobby counter, rotten banana in our room, bedsheets, dirty mildew in bathroom. Told us 15 minutes will be at hotel. No one showed up had to wait. Terrible checkin
