We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with such candid feedback of your stay. I am very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. I apologize for your A/C going out, I know how that could be a huge inconvenience. It sounds like you did not report this until check out. Please always call the desk when something happens, we would have been happy to move you to another room. I apologize for the misunderstanding but we do not rent rooms with a broken A/C. We value our guest too much and want them to be happy.
Again, I am deeply sorry that we did not meet your expectations. I would love to have you visit us again so that we can prove that you can have an enjoyable stay.
