First, the on site restaurant that was supposed to be open from 5 pm to 9 pm was closed at 8 pm. Then the toilet in my room, room 508, was clogged up and didn't flush. The toilet had a very slow drain when it flushed. Thats very unsanitary. I told the front desk and they said that nobody was available to fix the problem. Never got an option of another room. Never got offered a credit towards a future stay or some money off of my bill. Nice hotel but those 2 things really added onto what was already a bad family experience that me, my daughter, my brother, my wife and her family are dealing with.

Desk was almost as high as a kitchen counter - working at it was quite awkward, almost annoying as the chair itself didn't raise to height compatible with the desk surface.
Bathrooms were immaculate - the whole room was in fact. Spacious enough to invite friends for a Salsa Dance party with adequate storage for your clothing.
Parking - always a disappointment to learn parking isn't included. You will be charged to use the garage or will be welcomed to look for something on the street. In downtown New Haven. On a 25-degree night with freezing rain coming down....
