Great last minute customer service!

I had to make a last minute cancellation to my divorce as a Hilton Awards member and Johnnie worked his magic to make sure I could get that done without any penalties. THANKS! I will definitely book with this hotel again and grateful for their prompt service due to my personal situation.

New Favorite Hotel in OKC

An absolute delight from beginning to end. Elijah at the Front Desk did a wonderful job getting me checked in and was super helpful with all of the questions I had about the property.
Had drinks with the girlfriend at the bar and our bartender, Erin, was absolutely impeccable. Her service and mixology knowledge were top notch. Her drinks were phenomenal and beautifully crafted.
Shout out to the valet team as they took care of the lady when she got there to make her experience seamless upon arrival.
The look and design of the room was very unique with furnishings that gave the stay an overall elevated feel. My room overlooked the ice rink and the outside patio which made for a great view on the window sofa.
Can't wait for the rest of the outlets around to be finished as I'm sure this will be the premiere destination for anyone coming into town or for a little local staycation.
Easily coming back here next time I'm in town.

Not worth the money. Me, and my wife wanted to sleep away from the house for a night. 1st. Systems were down. Had to wait in line for 20-30 minutes to get checked in ( not a big deal) 2nd. Ordered food to be delivered. We had to meet driver downstairs because they can’t use elevators without a key card ( for safety reasons kind of understandable so we brushed that off) BUT. ZERO SLEEP SCREAMING guests. So we just packed up and left at 05:30. Beer bottles lined the halls to the elevators. I’d rather spend 1/2 the money to stay where there is at-least security roaming to prevent this from happening. I know the delivery driver would have at-least been quiet delivering our pizza. Guest come up from the bar connected to the hotel drunk and obnoxiously loud. I think security is highly advised at this establishment to avoid such disturbances. The chaos did not end until 4am. Zero stars would not recommend for a nice quiet stay. But if you are looking for an after party. Apparently 5th floor hallway is the place to be.

A new and beautiful hotel in Oklahoma City !

I walked into this hotel and I honestly cannot believe I am in Oklahoma City! I love the city but have stayed in the same Hilton properties (Diamond member) over the years and it’s just nice to stay somewhere new! I always love Hiltons’s Tapestry collection and will stay in one if possible over any of their brands.
This hotel is stunning. It’s is beautiful and fresh and new and has a wonderful bar and restaurant. The rooms are tastefully done with color and nice soft lighting. There are shops close by like Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn. In addition there is a soon to open Tommy Bahama store with restaurant and bar. And a Capital Grill right across from the entrance of the hotel. Am I in Oklahoma City? I credit the developers for bringing such beauty to this wonderful town! Bravo!

The hotel is lovely and staff were very nice. Our bed and pillows were amazing. We were there on their “soft opening” and I feel like that information should have been on the website. Also, because there were several amenities not available, the price should have been discounted. The pool was not open, they did not have their liquor license yet and when I parked in the lot across the street I had construction managers telling me I needed to move my car because they were power washing the lot. So, again the hotel is lovely but they still had a lot of unfinished work to do.
