Mijn favoriete plek om te verblijven
De indeling, de grootte van de kamer, het zwembad, allemaal prachtig, maar het is het personeel dat echt iets unieks biedt. Ik reis één keer per maand naar Orlando en deze plek is altijd onder de indruk. De hele crew is altijd vriendelijk en bereid om je te helpen, het huishoudelijk personeel is echt top, het keukenpersoneel... ik kan niet genoeg over hen zeggen. U zult er geen spijt van krijgen om dit hotel te kiezen.

Blijf weg: grote renovatie: niet slapen en astma : Zondagochtend . Droge muur stof overal..
Ze moeten werken zonder de luchtventilatoren te sluiten. Dus dat hotel mag niet veilig zijn voor mensen die last hebben van allergieën, astma etc! Ik ging naar CVS om mijn vulling van Albuterol te krijgen, en ook een aantal allergie pillen! Gek! Ik beloof dat het het stof van een droge muur was! Vreselijke ervaring! Ze moeten mensen vertellen uit de eerste hand, zodat ze kunnen beslissen of blijven of niet! Mijn derde partij mensen noemen ze , ze verontschuldigen zich aan ons omdat ik nog nooit zo'n niet analyserende mensen heb ontmoet die zeggen dat ze niets hebben gedaan en niet voor ons zullen zorgen! Ze zijn dus ook niet verantwoordelijk voor wat ze gedaan hebben! Wao! Blijf weg mensen zeg ik!

I am terribly sorry to hear your experience. As you mentioned, we are currently under renovation until October and have tried our best to communicate this on all websites, prearrival emails, signage throughout the hotel as well as upon arrival at the front desk . While we do advise our guests of potential noise during business hours, we have taken precautions and additional cleanings throughout the hotel to keep the hotel clean throughout the process. Every guest room operates as a separate unit, the AC vents are not connected with each other and therefore dust that is being produced on the floor the crew is working on, does not travel through any vents. Again, my sincerest apologies for your discomfort, we truly try to be transparent and communicate our renovation on all available channels. I do hope we get a chance to share the improvements we are making in the future.
