This is our 4th stay with Stoney Creek and we've come back again because of the comfort. The staff is friendly, room are compact and comfortable, breakfast is okay.
We haven't had time to use the pool but it looks very inviting.
They have a small bar on site and serve some quicker food.

The team member at reception was just great. We had asked for a room close to the reception area and on the first floor due to my oxygen requirement and they provided it.
The breakfast could have been warmer but it was sufficient.

Main we choose this hotel was for pool. Pool was too cold to use, even our six year old would not stay in the pool. She stayed in about ten minutes. We attempted to go in the next morning and she would not go in at all. Not would other kid guests, they all went to the hot tub The hot tub capacity is ten people. While we were there it had 22-25 people in it with unsurprised kids jumping in.

This was a repeat stay at This hotel because of was comfortable & hospitable the first time. Warm reception by night clerk a we checked in. They got us a nice room which was clean and ready for our stay. Beds are on the soft side which was fine for me and a little too soft for my husband. E enjoyed the drink ticket amenity. My husband used the tread mill but found it in need of possible maintenance because it was very loud.

Sadly, this hotel is not being maintained to the level it once was. Dressers with peeling wood strips, shower head coming through the wall, and dirty carpets. Pool area was just as bad with holes in rock decor and a non-functioning hot tub.
