Geweldig hotel maar geen spa!

Your kind words about our hotel's prime location, the generously sized rooms, the comfort of the bed, the well - appointed bathroom amenities, and the delicious offerings at both the breakfast buffet and the second - floor restaurant mean the world to us. As a Platinum Elite member, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're thrilled to have provided a memorable experience in these areas.
Now, regarding the absence of an in - house spa, actually, our spa services are provided by an external partner. This arrangement was made to quickly offer our guests a range of professional spa treatments. However, we understand that an in - house spa is often an integral part of the JW experience that guests expect.
Rest assured, as part of our future renovation and upgrade plans, we are seriously considering bringing the spa management back in - house. This will allow us to fully align the spa services with the high - end standards and unique identity of our JW property. We aim to create a spa environment that not only provides exceptional relaxation but also seamlessly integrates with the overall luxury and comfort of our hotel.

Geweldig verblijf in JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai Tomorrow Square
Zal weer teruggaan!
Het hotel met de geweldige locatie en een prachtig uitzicht vanuit de kamer, is handig om overal.
Het personeel van conciërge tot receptie, fitnessruimte en club lounge, zelfs de schone dame, zijn goed opgeleid, maar ook erg vriendelijk en warm.
Speciaal dank Claire Wang in de receptie, haar geweldige en professionele diensten maken mijn 5 nachten verblijf meer geweldig.
