Excellent!

What better to ask than to eat well, be welcomed and be in a beautiful place. Fine and tasty cuisine. The staff is very professional and pleasant and this in the middle of the week when everything is closed in Bouillon. Bravo!

Enjoyed game dishes

We enjoyed delicious game dishes. The pumpkin soup wasxvery tasty. For me that was safe without cream but that is personal taste. Restaurant is recommended and it is recommended to make a reservation. We will definitely be back. Very good map

The staff was great. Very accommodating. No AC in the room, but we found a fan in the closet which helped on this warm night. We didn’t have breakfast, but the dinner was excellent. The location is very convenient. Paid parking available in parking area.

enjoyed for three days

Fine long bed (with topper) and even the duvet was so long that it was tucked in at the foot. Nice sitting area in the tower room with excellent views over river, bridge and square. All curtains darken fine. Only a bathtub without shower screen. Very friendly and Dutch speaking staff. The dog was very welcome and I could walk the dog in the woods at about 400 m. Elevator and good parking garage with charging points under the hotel. Guests with half board get the most beautiful tables at the window in the dining room. The food was fine and the wine list was extensive. If you want to eat more simply, the hotel also offers that option.
There was only 1 flaw; next to the bed was a sag in the floor and sprung it. That always gave the feeling that you sagged through it.

Historic hotel with excellent location and great breakfast, but the mattresses could be renewed.

In itself a nice hotel with an excellent location. Breakfast is also particularly catered for. The kitchen belongs to the better mediocrity but is not top gastronomy. The bar is super cozy with a view of the Semois. Here or there a shelf creaks but you can accept that for a historic hotel. But did not sleep well as the bed was not fantastic. My travel companions had the same experience. So I certainly do not rule out staying here but I hope that an effort will be made to renew the mattresses. The garage is not worth its money and very difficult to park. When I tried to leave, they were working on the garage door. I had to wait two hours before I could leave. No compensation whatsoever for this not even a coffee.
