I do not recommend!
On the Booking.com website, breakfast was included in the rate. The reception said it wasn't there. Nobody checked the website. They simply charged for 4 breakfasts.
The next day, my friends were stopped by the breakfast girl, as it didn't appear as paid. Despite my recommendation the night before, my friends were very embarrassed. Finally, after about 10 minutes, the guy at reception located the payment and allowed them to go to the cafe.
Upon arriving in SP, I confirmed that the coffee was actually included on the Booking.com website. I called the hotel and spoke to Camila about what happened. I said that the website was open and that the coffee was actually listed. She assured me that she would pass this information forward and that they would contact me to clarify this issue. That was Sunday morning. So far, no one has contacted
