Xiao Zhang, the receptionist at the front desk, was even more impressive. without making us feel irritable about waiting. The room service of the resort is unique. When we open the door, the clean and warm environment suddenly greeted. The bed is soft and comfortable, the sheets are as white as snow and send out a faint fragrance, each fold seems to tell the heart of the staff. The facilities in the room are complete, and the layout is reasonable, from convenient charging sockets to exquisite toiletries, all take into account the needs of the guests. Best location if you wanted to visit Slender Lake as the entrance is just across the road. There are restaurants to the left of the resort as well if opting to dine out. The resort is quite big, with separate buildings housing different types of rooms. Well catered for families with kids. We got the room with a hot spring inside so we didn’t visit the public one.

It is very pleasure to stay in this hotel. Ghe staffs there are very friendly. It is very near to the slender west lake. We just walked over and have a very good night inside the slender West lake. We enjoyed the hot spring poor as well which is included in the room fare.

The place is ready nice and there many activities that adults and kids can do. Mostly the hots springs and the small let area. The hotel is a big resort and it has a pool with sand that makes similar to a beach. Breakfast could have been better with more western options
