First and foremost, the location of the hotel is truly unbeatable. Situated in the heart of ZhengZhou’s historic district, it offered easy access to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping . Whether I wanted to explore the historical landmarks, immerse myself in the local culture, or simply take a leisurely stroll along the bustling streets, everything was within walking distance from the hotel.
The staff at the hotel deserve special praise for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who made me feel like a valued guest. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.
Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's commitment to maintaining a pristine environment. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and towels provided daily.
The on-site restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a delight.
