Our new friends and our new house

From check in to check out they were very attentive, with a very special human quality.
There was no fear to share on site or with them. Those who are in hotel avenue 3 Real are our new friends.
Food Rich, varied and very good quantity.

A good place to stay if you need to be in that area of Cali. The staff stored one bag of groceries for us since there wasn't a refrigerator in our room.

Good place to stay and spend pleasant times in the company of family, friends and others, we spent pleasant moments in this place, we were treated with great kindness and charisma, we felt a human warmth, respect and a lot of attention.

Gratitude and best wishes for them to continue growing.

The service was very good, they were very pending to attend us and more during the nights, that for reasons of force majeure we arrived late and had to go out to eat, the room was comfortable. My only downside was because the room I was in (102) the bathroom has glass that's not polarized, and the bathroom door doesn't totally close.
I’m saying that for giving a comment to the better, but I didn’t come away dissatisfied either, quite the opposite. Thank you, God reward you for your attentions.
