Arrived at the hotel very late at night, facing the beautiful scenery of the sea, I didn’t come to appreciate it. I experienced that the service in the hotel lobby is very good, and the room and luggage services are very considerate. I can use it as a destination hotel when I come to Cuba in the future.

In the hotel you can't pay with American credit cards or us dollar or any other cash money , the breakfast is ok but no the best for 5 starts hotel, juice always warm, the food that supposedly to warm , was always cool, the security always looking at you like you are a criminal, and to finished this place was veryyyyyy disgusting, dirtiest it can be ,you can see the pictures, that creature I found it in my room after we founded another one in our first day but smaller, so I was like is ok, is Cuba , but really no way, I will never come back to that hotel.

Amazing place to stay, the hotel really is just so beautiful and definitely didn’t disappoint. The staff are all so helpful and really just so lovely. Right next to the ocean and the views are just incredible. To get into town they have a free shuttle bus that goes into old town there and back.

The room is large and well laid out, the balcony faces the sea and it feels great! The front desk is courteous and the guidance is thoughtful and careful. The overall layout of the hotel is spacious and bright, with a sense of design, especially the water corridor in the lobby is impressive. The breakfast is very rich, the service staff is friendly, and the dining environment is comfortable and pleasant. Impressively, the general manager of the hotel also brought a bottle of rum to the room, which made people feel the care. The efforts made by the hotel to maintain the good feelings of the guests in the current situation of such deficient material conditions in Cuba are deeply touching. The fly in the ointment is that there are individual floor tiles on the hotel corridor that are loose, causing discomfort when stepped on. It is also recommended that the room be equipped with slippers to facilitate guests entering and leaving the swimming pool.

Good location but you need to take taxi if about usd 30 but I think it’s the same in the location for travellers
