Hozel does not deserve 4 stars!!
Hotel does not match the 4* value before 2 or 3 stars value. The equipment and description do not match the advertised offer in the catalogue.
Rooms on arrival were not clean.

2 star Inn, other than luxury 4 star hotel!!

It is not possible to have breakfast, even asking for it as an additional service.
Poorly maintained rooms, unsuitable pillows, summary cleaning, daily towel change but with white not white for the presence of stains and signs of residual dirt.
Absence of air conditioning and fans
Lack of electrical outlets, inadequate in number and difficult to access, in particular they lack near the bedside tables where logically they would be very useful. I asked for a multi-socket electrical extension and the receptionist suggested where to buy it at my expense; of necessity, I bought the multi-socket extension and a triple plug that I gave to the receptionist on the morning of departure (the sockets are not compatible with the Italian standard).
Mini fridge not working, impossible to keep cold water or perishable foods such as fruit.
There are no showers but bathtubs closed by a curtain; as a result, elderly or physically restricted people cannot even climb over the pool edge.
Liquid soap dispenser for sink and shower not loaded and/or not working.
Numerous times I reported the above problems to the receptionist and each time the receptionist, different from the previous one, wrote in pen what I reported with the guarantee of providing for the solution of the problem; the problems remained unsolved and I never had a Response from the staff, even if negative, but motivated by any justification.
Satellite TV with digital terrestrial a utopia, just an old dusty TV with an inextricable tangle of wires and cables behind it.
Unworthy and shameful. Highly recommended!!

Hotel review “Bila Labut” Prague
- non-existent air conditioning
-one in two lifts out of service
- few fans for high number of requests, minibar malfunctioning
- requests from guests not accepted or granted in a short time... but postponed constantly...
-few mobile phone sockets (not near the beds) some of which are not working, nor as much breakfast at the hotel. At certain times of the day, there was no one at the reception so people from other places could also enter the hotel! As for beds, tablecloths (changed every day) everything ok! Stay overall not satisfactory

Terrible experience in that "hotel" if that's what you can call it
The worst decision I've ever made was to stay at this hotel. I had to call the police for assistance because they would not let me in with my service dog (medical assistance) even showing them all the documents in order and that by law of the European Union they had to accept it.
On orders from the police, they had to accept, they asked me for a deposit of €100 which they would return to me at checkout, which never happened, because they had trouble doing it and because it was Sunday, the bank did not work. The managers were gone, and they told me I had to wait the next day for the return. I missed my train, I didn't get the money back from the train or the deposit. The rooms are old, no air conditioning or fan, no electrical outlets in the room, no soap in the bathroom.
Definitely a zero-star "hotel"
