Hotel L'Ermitage

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Hotel L'Ermitage in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon booking an extra bed, the hotel is using existing armchairs in the room. If the guest name and credit card holder's name do not match, the hotel requires additional confirmation from the credit card holder to use the credit card. Please note that in the case of a non-refundable reservation, your credit card may be pre-authorised prior to your arrival. Renovation work will be carried out from January of 2025 until May of 2025. Please note that during the renovation period, some room types may have limited availability and some services may be temporarily unavailable. The restaurant will only be open for breakfast during this period. We are thrilled to announce that starting from January 2025 L'Ermitage Hotel will be undergoing renovations as part of a rebranding to become the first ibis Styles hotel in Estonia. While these exciting changes are in progress, our hotel remains open, and we are eager to welcome all our guests. Please note that during the renovation period, room availability is limited, and some services may be temporarily unavailable. Please note that our restaurant Katze is closed for à la carte lunch and dinner service, full buffet breakfast will continue to be served as usual and a selection of snacks and warm drinks can be enjoyed in the lobby.
