Know what to expect...
- parking ticket provided by the hotel and paid to the hotel not working ("we do not have to deal with the problems of this parking, it is not ours, call them at the terminal")
- Noisy room (avoid room 2.5, above the reception, very poorly soundproofed (you can hear the TV of the ground floor and all the discussions of the reception) - "you want me to turn off the TV?"
- duvet just the width of the bed (so 2 adults are not covered) - see photo - "we can do nothing"
- bath towels placed in front of the bathtub to be changed but not changed and put back on the hook (!)
- decanters of water taken back when the rooms are made but no replacement made (we had to ask 2 days in a row)
- Mattress (or bed base) dug in the center (room 2.5)
Reading the comments, we found that the Director systematically responds by accusing them of bad faith, subjectivity, non-compliance with the rules...
In the overall stay everything went well however but it is a succession of details and dissatisfactions with no solution proposed other than "we can do nothing" and in the total absence of a manager that makes us dissatisfied and dissatisfied with our stay.
It would have been (in my opinion) more beneficial to have taken our concerns into account by at least talking to each other, because we can understand that there may be problems, but the behaviour of blaming everything on customers and avoiding responsibility has, I admit, really irritated us.
I suspect that the answer (if any) will be a total rejection of our problems, an accusation of bad faith, aggression, or whatever pirouette couarde....
On the other hand, super positive experience at the restaurant!
The young man (again happy birthday!) and the chef perfectly orchestrated our dinner, including the vegan constraints of 2 of us (we were 4). Excellent dinner and perfect service.

votre avis et notes ne reflètent pas votre séjour dans notre établissement.
Après recherche auprès du service du parking, la procédure d'utilisation du ticket parking fourni par nos soins n'a pas été respectée dès la première utilisation de celui-ci, ce qui fait que le ticket n'était plus fonctionnel les jours suivants.
Pour votre information, lors d'un de mes repos je reste à la disposition de mes collaborateurs et peux gérer les urgences, en ce qui concerne votre demande cela n'était pas une urgence, et comme indiqué par ma collaboratrice la réclamation sera traitée à mon retour.

Validated discovery
The place is atypical with the industrial side but also cozy with very trendy spaces. In summer they must be excellent in the driveway separating the buildings.
The rooms are very well equipped and it is full of surprise also.
The services are good, breakfast changes in the mornings but we find the basics.
I had only one meal in the restaurant and the fish was enough for me I could not eat anything else.
The place is worth a stop.

Poetic and charming Pension
We arrived on Friday around 4pm. More than warm welcome and we were accompanied to the room
Very nice spacious room, impeccable cleanliness
New and very comfortable bedding
Soft and matching color.
The Inn has a nice well-appointed courtyard, comfortable armchair to sip a quiet cocktail
Original decoration of bathtubs planted with plants and aromatics
It feels good and I particularly recommend the restaurant we went to two nights in a row
Healthy cuisine, fresh and sublimated products bravo to the chef
We left on Sunday morning delighted with our stay and I hope we will return to this beautiful place
