Very nice

We stopped here for the Christmas holidays and I must say that we had a great time the staff was very helpful and friendly, small but clean rooms very nice hotel renovated in the middle of nature offers a restaurant where you eat really very well a swimming pool with Finnish sauna and herbal teas, free parking.
The breakfast is very good both sweet and savory.
excellent strategic location to visit the towns of Alsace that arose Christmas are really a show ❤️ ☺️ recommend it to those who want to visit Alsace or even just for a relaxing break of a few days.

Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding, 3 sterren hotel, prima ontbijt en nachtportier aanwezig! Bed is twijfelaar!

Beetje afgelegen hotel! Prima om te gebruiken op doorreis of om een aantal dagen in deze mooie regio te fietsen, te wandelen of de wijnhuizen te bezoeken! Wij kunnen niets zeggen over het restaurant daar dat op zondag gesloten is! De twijfelaar is bijna aan vervanging toe! Kamer is netjes maar de badkamerdeur is ook aan vervanging toe! Kleine kamer, we hadden gekozen voor de achterzijde - boskant, maar daar loopt een weg! Als je rustig wil slapen kun je misschien beter kiezen voor de zijde van de parkeerplaats ️!!
Zitje op het balkon! Prima! Zwembad met sauna, ook wat verouderd, maar bij aankomst werd er netjes gevraagd of we een badjas en handdoeken wilde ontvangen! Hebben we direct aangenomen en hebben best genoten van zwembad en sauna! Kortom prijs kwaliteit verhouding was prima, wij betaalden € 75, 2 personen, inclusief ontbijt, exclusief toeristenbelasting!

Alsace and its Achilles heel

Superior room with comfortable and clean forest view , 3-star hotel obliged to ask for bathrobes and slippers at the reception because not even in the rooms - only 2 towels per room - tiny pool for the capacity of 250 rooms. Swimming pool heated only to 17° in December mold along the edges of the pool. Sauna with 4 places - 4 deckchairs and 2 chairs at the pool for more than 100 people - Ineligible for a hotel, three stars about breakfast for 14 € breakfast. Croissants have been reduced in size, and the room cannot even accommodate half the staff , few choices on the buffet. The lobby / breakfast room / reception room and far too noisy - so small that guests are forced to lunch on the coffee tables of the reception Coffee out of the machine poor quality, breakfast room in the lobby- I don’t talk about the connection forget your devices and wifi and almost non-existent - location: in the middle of nothing - view of a dead forest
Pros: free parking and friendly staff - room with marble bathroom - deco: damaged crépi and carpeted annuli 90

Alsatian, only the situation! Disappointing in every respect.

The manager is unsympathetic and unpleasant. Small dog accepted for booking in September, and in December is no longer accepted for breakfast. Because it is "forbidden" to give food! Renovated room, but soft bedding, hard to access switch when you lie down, just functional bathroom. Small dressing room in which are 3 hangers!The chairs at the reception sound stoned. Bistronomic restaurant, the "nomique", is in the quantity on the plate very small (the pieces of meat or fish are not more than 5 cm on the plate, do not go there too hungry). If you go there, thinking about eating ALSACEAN, forget it!!! Quality, not great, we serve you pieces of low quality (beef paleron, less noble piece). Starters like desserts, are not exceptional either! The service leaves much to be desired, we leave you 15' with your plate in front of you, yet La Maître d' passed 10 X in front of the table! Really disappointed with this hotel or yet we stayed there several times for 16 years! We'll never go back.

We have been going to the hotel since the 90s in the Betlert family days, we just had a very good stay at the end of this year and we have seen a positive change in every respect.
Little downside, big dog acceptance at the restaurant.
The manager and her very friendly staff.
Recommended.
