Surprisingly well stocked aparthotel just outside the tourist area. Comfortable and very convenient- close to metro, boulangerie, grocery and restaurants. Half hour walk to the centre.

Catastrophic welcome

Very unpleasant welcome, no flexibility granted, only account for them to cash the agent overnight stays. Establishment not at all commercial, even to get out of the parking no help to show where the button of the gate is you have to manage and search. To flee if you want to be welcomed properly which should be the basis for this kind of establishment. We were 8 to stay and are very disappointed with the service.

Nous regrettons de lire que ce séjour n'aura su vous plaire, nous cherchons continuellement à satisfaire nos clients sur notre Apart Hotel mais plus généralement chez Lagrange Vacances.
Cela n'est pas dans nos habitudes de ne pas chercher à répondre aux attentes de notre clientèle, tout porte à croire qu'il s'agit ici d'un simple malentendu.
En espérant tout de même que vous aurez profité au mieux de votre séjour et la situation privilégiée de notre établissement.

Truly enjoyed my stay at Lagrange Aparthotel Toulouse Saint-Michel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the stay is comfortable and pleasant. The room is spacious and very clean. Baggage storage is available as the hotel as well. Hotel is well situated near city center which is really convenient.

What a scandal!

It is 21h past this 30th of July in the heatwave in Toulouse. No one at home under the extremely unpleasant air conditioning. I suspect the person is closed-minded as soon as they see my foreign-sounding name even if I am French. I usually travel every month from work and the secretary acknowledged that the deposit information of 150 euros was not present on the booking site and therefore cancelled my reservation. I will have a hard night without accommodation because it is too late to book elsewhere and my accommodation is 700km away. I'm on a business trip. I am extremely shocked by this outrageous behaviour. Thank you for your professionalism! Do not be surprised if the commentator denies the facts. There will be no surprise with this kind of person supposed to theoretically give the best image of their employers.

Nous comprenons qu'il s'agit d'une question de caution, ces informations sont pourtant bien renseignées sur nos supports de ventes, nous ne savons dire la plateforme par laquelle vous avez réservé, toutefois, à notre niveau, nous indiquons bien ces éléments.
Par ailleurs, à l'image de la vaste majorité de nos consœurs et confères de la profession, une caution est systématiquement demandée. Cela n'a aucun rapport avec l'origine du client que nous accueillons, c'est une procédure tout à fait standard.

Not great cleanliness

When Reservation by phone
we do not warn you of a charge of 80 € on your CB for the deposit more impossible to reserve a parking space you must see on site the availability no place in the street
Slightly disappointed with this l apartment, stained mattress, alters several urine halos, the e-reader of the broken bed , dirty and broken toilet bezel, bathroom clothed, dirty coffee maker not emptied of are contained, sofa clothed the cushions are torn at the closures, lack of lighting of the worktop, extractor hood broken lighting, corners of dirty walls, etc.

Concernant la caution, effectivement, nous attendons cette garantie directement sur place, à votre arrivée, comme la vaste majorité de nos consoeurs et confrères de la profession. De même, nous renseignons aussi que le parking est soumis à disponibilité sur notre Apart Hotel.
Nous regrettons de lire ces manquements en matière de ménage, cela ne saurait être la norme chez Lagrange Vacances, mais bien une exception.
En espérant tout de même que vous aurez su profiter de la situation exceptionnelle de notre établissement pour la découverte de la ville !
