Quiet, friendly, and family-like

When I first saw the surrounding area, I got a bit worried - construction sites seem to be scattered around the city, and this neighbourhood wasn't an exception. To my surprise, it didn't influence my stay at all - no noise could be heard from my room ;) It's truly close to the sea - 3-minute walk and you're on the beach. The owners & staff are incredibly friendly, so we had a few nice chats and even played volleyball together ;) I'd put more variety to the breakfasts, though, but the food itself was fresh and tasty. There was an issue with one of the sockets, but it was sorted out, and again, no particular problems. If you're a picky traveller, then you'll find something here and there, but I was looking for peace, quiet, and, at the same time, authenticity, which I was provided with plenty ;)

Awful service!

Really unprofessional and awful service! So stay away and find another place to stay! The way they handle problems is terrible and they definetely don't deserve rating 4. It's a pity that this kind of bad service still exist.

Basic hotel

Our room is located in 4th floor . There isn't any lift so you should use stairs .It wasn't problems for us .
Breakfast was enough with bad taste tea and coffee.
Towels and blankets weren't very clean .Rooms had ref. hairdryer .
All of us were beated by Mosquitoes despite of we keep turn on own anti Mosquitoe set
Staff are very friendly .free parking is available on site.

This is not 3 stars hotel. It is a level of hostel only

Not cleaning rooms. No lift. Shower is not separated from the rest of the bedroom. Is I'd very dirty. We as a couple received not a big bed but separate. Our friend which was alone was sleeping on double bed. It is very loudly, not possible to sleep.

Cha cha, mosquitoes and backgammon. Who could ask for anything more?

We arrived in Batumi past midnight and the taxi driver had a hard time finding the hotel. We were apprehensive when we saw the surrounding neighborhood. As we drove up five men came out greeting us in exuberant cheer. They helped us with our luggage and offered my husband the local drink cha cha. The room had four single beds and a bathroom. The room was bathed in pink with a small refrigerator and a flat screen tv. The average cost was 25 dollars per person per night. It was clean and included a traditional Georgian breakfast with Turkish coffee. We played backgammon in the terraced yard and there was a sauna we did not use. Unfortunately we woke up bathed in bites from mosquitoes.
