Okay.

Nice little hotel on the island of Werder.
Room and restaurant very clean, breakfast and dinner are delicious and nicely arranged. Prices a bit upscale, just barely justifiable.
Staff very friendly overall, unless you get to the boss! She'd be a little more kind! You also don't have to rebuke your staff at the reception in front of the guests!
Difficult parking situation! The pitches in the yard are hopelessly crowded when you come back in the afternoon or evening.

Central island location

We wanted to get to know Werder better and booked rooms here. Everything worked out great.
There is also a parking lot for hotel guests in the courtyard, but it was full on Thursday evening. With luck we were able to get a narrow space.
Check-in was quick and the employee was friendly and gave us good advice about activities.
Our rooms were on the first floor. Mine had a kind of balcony, but not suitable for sitting in the sun. It was bright and quite spacious. It was very modern in parts, but also had "outdated parts"...
the key with the huge and heavy key chain, the handle on the outside of the room door, the single-lever mixer in the small shower, the closet.
We also ate in the hotel on the first evening. The service was really nice and attentive.
My food was really delicious, unfortunately my husband had over-salted and uncrispy fried potatoes.
The ambience in the restaurant is nice and bright and modern, a great huge graffiti from the island adorns the wall.
The breakfast is OK. Bread and rolls, a small selection of sausages and cheeses, salmon, fruit and vegetables...
It's very centrally located. There are small shops nearby for browsing, and restaurants and cafés aren't far away either. The mainland is less than 5 minutes' walk from here.

I LOVED IT!

This hotel is lovely. More so is the place where it is located, it definitely makes it acquire value. The hotel is clean, part is renovated, the staff friendly, the breakfast rich. The bathroom is practically new and right in size, in the room there is carpeting, but probably with the renovation will be removed (Hope and Recommendation). The hotel has a nice outdoor space and a restaurant.
I would rebook instantly.

Too expensive

The room was clean but it rented something. The rooms are not very large either.
Breakfast is rather simple.
The reception is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
In terms of the quality of the hotel, the price is quite high.

A true island hotel

The unique location on the island town of Werder is what makes this hotel stand out - it's a great stopover when cycling. Very friendly staff, very extensive breakfast buffet. The room could have been a little more ventilated to remove odors.
