Neglected, no service but nice cottages and peaceful
Usually there’s no one at reception to give any info, on Christmas Day we were told the restaurant was closed, reception was going home and we had no food. We had to figure out where to eat and how to get there on foot.
Sad this place is neglected bc the facilities are really nice. Just very odd management and even a little too much inconvenience for us hearty travelers

Underwhelming Stay Due To Lack of Communication
While the grounds around the cottages are decently maintained, the rest of the property feels neglected. The tennis court and the small beach area were in poor condition, reflecting a general lack of upkeep. The cottage itself was not properly cleaned, which was surprising given the boutique nature of the property.
When I raised these concerns with the Front Desk Manager, Oceana, her response was rude and defensive, making an already disappointing experience worse. In contrast, the restaurant staff were pleasant and helpful, providing a silver lining. However, the food quality was hit-or-miss—the fish sandwich lacked flavor, but breakfast was excellent.
For those seeking a secluded getaway focused on the marina and unconcerned about the pool or the overall state of the property, this might still be an option. However, the hotel has great potential that is overshadowed by poor maintenance and unprofessional reception staff. With better management and attention to detail, this could be a fantastic destination.
