Wonderful relaxation
Congratulations to Mick for his cooking and potatoes to the stove !!! Manuel multi tasking and his empathetic wife and always with an eye!! ... All professional and kind we felt at home

Relaxation, elegance, good food
Possibility of breakfast (with homemade cakes and pasta, very tasty), lunch and dinner (with traditional Tuscan dishes) in the room of the structure, with excellent cuisine (costs are extra). Very suggestive Spa area with swimming pool in the cave on the ground floor and, on the first floor, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, infrared sauna, frozen shower and relaxation area: you can book for exclusive use in small groups (extra cost).
Very warm Christmas atmosphere (Christmas tree, gnomes and hearts ..), refined environments, with fireplace, wooden tables, stones and exposed beams.
The price is 4 stars, compared to the excellent quality of services.
Remarkable hospitality and courtesy of the staff.
Outside, for summer there is also a swimming pool.
Adjacent to the structure there is a beautiful church, which unfortunately we found closed and a few kilometers by car is the ski area Fangacci (facilities currently closed but possibility of bobsleigh and snowshoeing).
The hotel owner is tireless, active, friendly and competent.

Experience to forget
Unfortunately the management leaves much to be desired. We booked the one-night package with use of the wellness area for the couple (which also included a snack with cutting board and glasses of wine) and despite having requested a specific time confirmed in the Response email of the structure, we found ourselves having the entrance moved due to a delayed previous entry and, in the chaos of changing our appointment at the spa they forgot to deliver the cutting board and the aperitif.
After a fairly insipid dinner, always served late (they served first two tables arrived after us) we stayed in one of the apartments that although the visual impact is beautiful (round bed with canopy, spacious room with kitchen and a nice bathroom) unfortunately the discomfort of the mattress and pillows were felt.
the next morning, the structure was almost empty, they did not let us have breakfast (it remains a mystery why) and at the time of the bill they wanted to charge us even the ghost aperitif. In the end pointing out all the shortcomings, they gave us dinner (two first courses and two drinks) but we left with a bitter taste in our mouths because what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend brought us only bad mood!!
Too bad because the structure has great potential!!
