A little Eden in the heart of Lazio

Those who think heaven is far from our homes are very much mistaken.
Ille-Roif looks like a small Eden surrounded by greenery, stimulating peace of mind after a week of hard work. Upon arrival we found that the themed rooms are clean and very comfortable. Equipped with excellent services (such as a good spa and a cozy restaurant), the staff takes care of every aspect during the stay of the customer, who feels pampered at any time of the day. The cuisine winks at tradition without neglecting modernity in the proposals of the day's menu.
Positive note also for animal lovers. In fact, at Ille-Roif you will also be welcomed by cute and elegant cats looking for attention and you can spend pleasant moments in their company, thus removing the stress that kindly gives us the daily routine.

Fantastic eighteenth

We booked the entire structure for the eighteenth of our son and the event was a great success, for the peculiarity of the structure truly original and extravagant but at the same time refined and elegant, for the professionalism with which every detail was taken care of, for the helpfulness and kindness of the staff. We were very tense initially but Vlad and Elena allowed us to enjoy the party in total tranquility, taking care of everything, from the decorations to the management of the boys who felt free but in a controlled and safe environment, even for the night. Vlad, the director, also offered to pick up late guests from Fara Sabina station at 10pm. Impeccable service, delicious and plentiful food. What about again, thank you Ille Roif for making this important moment unforgettable! Mariella, Francesco and Luca. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Watch out for the exclusive aperitif

I was recently in the facility with my partner. A gift I gave her. I chose the spa day formula (spa + exclusive aperitif to be clear). Unfortunately, years later, I have seen a decline in the quality of service. The spa itself is not bad. There are problems to solve, such as a hole in the floor, or little care in outdoor spaces. However, they are surmountable. The real problem is the supply they offer. They speak of an "exclusive" aperitif, but the adjective is merely reductive in quality and quantity. One drink and 5 chips counted, while in the photos of the site they have cold cuts platter. The staff is friendly but tends to disappear easily. Unfortunately I do not think I will return to the facility.

Good but not great

Let's start with the positives: the staff at reception and catering are extremely welcoming. Kind and helpful girls who contribute to the pleasantness of the place.
There is tranquility and huge potential in the great outdoor spaces and garden.
Unlike what I read in other reviews, the phone worked great as did the wifi which allowed me to work (alas) where needed without any difficulty.
We were offered an aperitif not included in the package, very welcome and in a location with a top view.
Despite the bad weather on the first day, you can take the time anyway.
Pleasant dinner, with double option to stay indoors or outdoors, both beautiful locations.

With regret, however, I must admit that there are also sore notes: the whole structure would need intense maintenance that seems not to be carried out for decades .. rust on the external metal furniture, walls with peeling colors everywhere, chipped tiles, broken mirrors .. everything gives the impression of being let go without ever renewing and maintaining.
Outdoor spaces in particular look like great potential ruined by little care of gardens, plants and accessories.
The spa better than the pool, but even there bad smells scattered.
The small rooms, some without bidet or shower with fabric curtain and with a general perception of little cleanliness and no scent cozy .. indeed!
A constant presence of cats .. negligible detail if it were not that they run independently even in the dining areas, including climbing on chairs.
In general perhaps the price too high, because it suggests a luxury Resort, when instead you are in front of a structure of which you can sense the past beauty .. but remains the melancholy of current neglect.
Too bad we can not do a better review .. especially for the girls of the reception who are instead the flagship!

Super Resort!

We stayed at this wonderful resort on 21/06 to celebrate our tenth wedding anniversary. We chose the Ovosodo room, gorgeous!
Great dinner, friendly and friendly staff, quiet place and another welcome thing that cell phones in the room do not take.
Lo consiglio!
