Mooi hotel met goede faciliteiten

thank you for taking time to review both our Hotel and your experience in the area.
The Hotel is located in Baia Verde, just a few steps from the clear and crystalline sea and immersed in the greenery of the typical Mediterranean vegetation. One of our strong point is our private beach with direct access from the Hotel , structured on only 4 rows to guarantee maximum privacy. The service includes a beach umbrella with 2 sunbeds and a beach towel per person with daily change.
As far as our rooms, we would like to remind you that the price includes service such as the umbrellas at the beach, the outdoor pool, the jacuzzi facing on the sea, parking and wi-fi. We are very sorry to read about your feedback about the breakfast, that has always been appreciated by our guests, full of sweet and savoury option,homemade by the hands of our pastry chef. Anyway, we are open to hear about new ideas in order to improve both service and food selection.
Lastly, we always suggest our guests who want to visit and discover our area to rent a car. Thanks to its strategic position, it is possible to reach the most important city and beaches to visit, such as Galatina, Nardò, Lecce, Santa Maria di Leuca, Punta della Suina and so on.

Excellent Hotel
Bij deze gelegenheid wil ik in het bijzonder twee heren onder het personeel schrijven en prijzen:
Giuseppe , de manager van de ontbijt- en lunchzaal en Louis, de manager aan de bar in de lobby.
Zowel Giuseppe als Louis zijn ongelooflijk professioneel, efficiënt, hartelijk. Veel dank aan hen voor het hebben onze vakantie zo veel aangenamer gemaakt.
Louis, mijn twee neven en nichten hebben genoten van de koffie die je 's middags voor ze maakte, heel erg.

Design is prachtig
Het personeel was vriendelijk genoeg, maar leek soms overweldigd tijdens drukke periodes. Het zwembad was leuk, maar als gast van het hotel moet je niet betalen 30 € per persoon voor zwembad.
Eten in het restaurant was geraakt of missen. Ontbijt was geweldig, maar het diner was gewoon oké.
Het is een solide keuze als je in de buurt bent, maar verwacht geen luxe. De toegang tot het strand is zeker het hoogtepunt. Voor de prijs, het is een goede waarde, maar er is ruimte voor verbetering.
Niet slecht, niet geweldig - gewoon een comfortabele 3 - sterren ervaring met een killer view.

For what concern your suggest about the swimming pool area we would notice that, unlike the outside swimming pool that’s free for our guests and open from 1st of May to the 31th October, the inside swimming pool has an extra cost since it’s part of the Wellness path of our Lympha Welness & Spa that inclueds also other type of technologies.
The information on the separate cost of entry into the Wellness path of our Lympha Welness & Spa is shown on the site, in the reservation and in the room.

Uitstekende Hotel Lobby Bar
Deze meneer is de reden waarom ik zou terugkeren.
Vriendelijk en nieuwsgierig voorbij woorden!
Ik kon hem niet genoeg bedanken.
Zijn suggesties waren zonder twijfel. Onze vrienden die laat aankwamen werden niet vergeten en even aardig behandeld.
Oh ya , mooi strand dat was erg schoon en veel personeel om te helpen met elk verzoek.
