To be redone
I only stayed at this hotel for one night so I can't give a very comprehensive assessment; the room was comfortable, maybe the air conditioning a bit too loud but otherwise perfect; the staff was very friendly and the breakfast really plentiful. All in all it was a good experience. Definitely to be redone.

My partner and I had the best time ever!
We stayed at hotel nuvo which I absolutely could not fault! We paid a little extra for a direct transfer with the hotel but it was so quick and straight forward, the driver was fantastic and also showed us some sights along the way and gave a little extra info.
It was a trip to celebrate my partners birthday so I added the birthday package which was 25 euros, the room was decorated with petals, balloons fresh roses, a birthday cake and a bottle of Prosecco, robes and slippers. Just the little things that made the room so extra lovely! A gorgeous big room, comfortable bed and huge lovely bathroom. Also the hairdryer was really powerful! A safe in the room which doesn’t cost extra, just have to ask for the key at reception. The room was cleaned every day with the mini bar stocked up if we had used anything, breakfast was a lovely variety everyday with included cappuccinos which I loved! But the location was just 10/10 not directly in the centre but a very quick train ride in with only 3 stops which was directly across the road, you could actually hear the train alarm in your room and had enough time to head out and get it. We also got taxis a few night which was only 14-16 euros.
The reception staff were also so lovely and friendly, we felt so welcomed! All around the hotel was so clean and tidy. A gorgeous terrace also on the second floor you can go sit out in which we did and really enjoyed. Hopefully in the future we return to Naples and I would absolutely return to this hotel. Thank you!!!

Hidden Gem of a hotel in Naples!
A real gem of a hotel, close to train station and easy to get to the centre of Naples quickly. A little bit of train noise in the evening but got a good night’s sleep all 3 nights.Special mention to Fabio and Alessandro, couldn’t have been more helpful and went out of their way to make sure we knew how to find things and were really helpful in helping us to find good places to eat. I would absolutely return here as I feel the level of customer service and effort that the team put in exceeds expectations.
Breakfast and cleanliness of hotel was also excellent and you can see the hard work that has went in to create a memorable experience.

Very helpful staff
The staff were very friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check in several hours early. The room was adequate with a superb bathroom. A kettle etc to make hot drinks would have been a welcome addition. Disappointingly, most days, our towels were quite thin. Only on one day were they were thick and fluffy but they did seem to be replaced every day even though we'd have been happy to keep them a couple of days. The breakfast was pretty standard if this had been a 3* hotel. Its location right next to the station was an advantage for getting easily and cheaply into the city centre but as our room was at the front, it was noisy especially given the level crossing right outside our window. The trains start very early in the morning and keep going until late evening. Overall, we felt this hotel was a 3* rather than 4* but the staff were definitely 5*.

Too noisy for room location
Lovely room and good facilities, but sadly awful sleep and gave up at 530 as constant train noise as stops right outside window!
Surprised as could not see mention of this train issue in other reviews so perhaps was my specific room location.
