Hotel sufficient

Hotel located 13 minutes walk from Piacenza train station in an area of the city not very close to the center, but where you can find several bars, piadinerias and various rotisserie, also is located a few steps from the post office. Externally it presents itself sufficiently showing a pleasant and inviting appearance. The room I stayed in is the classic hotel room, personally I found it much more comfortable than other hotel rooms I stayed in in the past: the bed was very comfortable (too bad for the pillow that in my opinion was too thin), the television fully functional, the room sufficiently heated, bathroom slightly small in size, but fortunately had the bidet. The only problems I encountered were a bad soundproofing with the outside corridor, this problem forced me to hear every single conversation that took place outside my room negatively impacting the rest, also the room had a poor number of electrical outlets near the bed. For the rest room, as I said, average with friendly, professional and kind staff.
Every morning the cleaning staff asks if it is necessary to clean the room.

Run away

Good morning this morning while we were sleeping we were woken by a very strong sense of suffocation and heat, we realized that the air conditioning had been turned off, calling the reception the concierge tells us to open the windows because the air was turned off rules of the direction. Similar thing happened to us this winter where they turned off the heating so if you do not want to die of heat or cold I recommend you change hotel if so can 'be called a more breakfast and 'bad there are flies everywhere on unprotected food and if you stay more than a day you find the cakes of the day before grossly guarded say bad and' ckme make a huge compliment highly recommended

Overrated

Images and descriptions tempt but then the reality is disappointing. Small room differently from the description, also renovated with good materials but rough work, we arrive in the room at 19 and find 31 degrees, the air conditioning does not work, we have to sleep with open windows, the area is very noisy at all hours.

Nightmare hotel

I stayed the night of 15.04.25 booking by phone a double with full bed, arrived at about 18.00 in the reception welcomes me a gentleman ahead of age, I recommend seeing my need to have a full mattress the superior room that I accept with a cost of €92 against another €75. THE ROOM 304 SUPERIOR WAS INADEQUATE TO THE PRICE, SMALL BATHROOM TO DO PENA I should have left with legs up but the cunning receptionist had been charged in advance by credit card, however there was no other possibility, I went out to go to dinner and when I returned after a shower I realize that the bed was not as I was told but the mattresses were kept by a light topper, so being a little sturdy you can imagine how the letto.NOTTE DA NIGHTMARE.la next morning I find the same cheater who had given me the room, and with indifference he replies they will have forgotten to change the mattress, I told her that they should be ashamed of what they do teasing tourists and workers he stayed there .. a dispassionate advice EEVVIITTAATTEELLOO ..
