Sign in key for the main door doesn’t work and having difficulty retrieving the physical key from the lockbox. Wifi stopped working for 2 days before we left. The room is superbly clean, and very convenient to shopping and scenic spots.

It’s okay

The bed is very nice as well as the bathroom and service. However the wifi is terrible, there is no receptionist and the smell is horrible when you walk in due to the open bins. The room is quite nice and spacious but the floor is very unclean. Overall decent.

Great experience, would certainly recommend

Great accommodation with all the comfort and amenities. Great bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Located conveniently at the centre of the city. Everything in walking distance. Upon arrival we found two water bottles and a small Prosecco as welcoming gift. Also there was a common area with coffee and tea included. The communication was super easy via WhatsApp. Entering was quite easy with the personalised entry code, which gave us a nice sense of security. We would certainly recommend and we will be back for sure!
