Spacious rooms, friendly, great for cyclists

Louis and his team, are super friendly, multilingual, and know their onions. They were able to help me greatly with their local knowledge and information. The rooms are spacious, super clean, with great views of the local Alps. Breakfast is comprehensive. There is a bar also a washing line Everything a cyclist could need. All for a very reasonable price. 5 star.

Kindness and professionalism

On our way back from France, we stopped for one night and the lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. We had some mishaps on the road and he waited for us until midnight to check us in. Spacious and clean room. Buffet breakfast for all tastes.

Hotel in a strategic position

The hotel is located right in front of the SUSA train station (where you can take advantage of the free parking/white lines) so it is convenient as a base for excursions but also for visiting Susa on foot. Very kind managers. The hotel is on two floors without a lift but they managed to accommodate me on the first floor. Clean, good buffet breakfast, close to the center and therefore to restaurants of various levels and ice cream/pastry shops. I would stay here again.

A very friendly reasonably priced hotel in a great location

I stayed in Susa for 4 nights at Hotel Susa and Stazione as I wanted to explore the area by bicycle. The hotel is located across the road from the railway station and is an easy walk into the centre of town. We had a room on the side of the hotel away from the road and it was very quiet. The room was a good size, and was not crowded for two people and lots of cycle gear. WiFi speed was good, and there is free parking close by.

Excellent Hotel

I stayed at the Hotel for 8 days due to my girlfriend being in Hospital due to a skiing accident.
The manager Loris went out of his way to help me with emails, faxes etc and spoke excellent English.
Loris has a wealth of knowledge of the local area and is a biker same as myself and he had some superb photographs on his computer of his biking trips to Africa and Europe.
The room was very spacious and very clean I was on a bed and breakfast board and the breakfast was always very good. Marco is the chef and I heard good reports of the evening meals although I never ate in the restaurant due to being at hospital all evening.
I could certainly recommend this Hotel which is right opposite the railway station with direct link to Turin. I will certainly return to show my girlfriend around this wonderful little Town with its Roman Ruins
