I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an incredible experience. The location is perfect—centrally located with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the onsen! The hot springs were a true highlight, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience after a day of sightseeing. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped. Considering the excellent service, prime location, and the added luxury of the onsen, the price is more than fair. Definitely a great choice for anyone seeking comfort and relaxation!

Bad experience with front desk

I had a very bad experience with Tono at the front desk. The first conversation was fine, but he only handed things over with one hand and used coarse language. We tried to check in at 12 o'clock and he told us that guest check-in starts at 3 o'clock. We said it was okay, and we went to lunch. At 2 o'clock, I was so tired from the trip that I decided to make sure the room was ready. I understand his frustration because he knew it was before three o'clock. Tono was furious and started screaming. He told me the room was not ready yet. I asked further to see if I could check in early. He said he could do it for 6,000 yen. (We didn't have an hour to check in at 3 o'clock.) As he was getting more and more annoyed, we tried to leave the hotel, but he let us go up to his room. I don't know if he was having a very bad day, but it's not good to treat customers that way. The experience at the other hotels was good, but the interaction with Tono was very negative.

Good location, nice public bath. Room is dated but very well maintained, comfortable stay. Anw I also realised most hotels in the Hakata area tend to be old.

It was very good.

I didn't expect it because it was a hotel with a name I'd never heard of, but the whole place was beautiful, the rooms were large, and the proximity to Hakata Station made my wife and I very happy. The bath was also good.
However, I don't know if it was another room, but it was a pity that I heard a lot of buzzing noises from the outside, which bothered me a little.
