Location will say it not bad as it is walking distance from Sapporo Station (About 5min walk). Nearby there is several convenience store which is very important. The hotel do have store like cakes store, snacks store which kind of value add.
Room size wise will say ok given most hotel are small in fact. Perhaps the aircon ventilation can be improved as adjusting the coldness to the max (seem no difference) and room abit stuffy.

50 years of history

This is the ANA Crown for its 50th anniversary. Each place has been aging, but it's a decent renovation, it's the same as ANA Fukuoka. However, the quality of the service is much lower than in Nagoya and Fukuoka, which are also ANA Crowns, as the refrigerator is empty and mineral water is handed over at check-in. I can't even call for a massage when time passes after corona...it's too bad. I was surprised to see people from the continent occupying lobbies and eating dinner.

Quality of stability

I have used it often in Sapporo for some time.
From Sapporo Station, go along the passage of the Subway Toyotomi Line and exit 21.
Once again, as a bonus of IHG Diamonds, we have upgraded from a normal twin room to a premium twin on the top 20 floors of the guest room.
The long rooms are either at the entrance or on the front left is the bathroom and on the right is the toilet. Behind this is the bedroom, but on the left is the bed area and on the right is the living area, which is also Junior Suite-style.
In this category, besides Nespresso ready, there were white lovers and white sanders in the members' welcome sweets. No minibar (alcoholic and soft drinks).
In addition to the SleepAdvantege amenities, a staple of the national Crowne Plaza, the washroom also had DHC men's amenities, including hair tonics and aftershave.
Breakfast is included as a bonus with IHG Diamonds, but the buffet selection is generally limited to one dish with Hokkaido colors, giving the impression that it is less than before.
It seems there are many Chinese customers. The staff was also more Chinese (everyone is fluent in Japanese, so you don't even notice it at first).

Small room for 2adult 1kids but wider window, which is nice. They also provided 3rd bed for kid.Long queue for breakfast but worth to wait for 15mins as there are variaty of food to choose. The Restaurant ambient also nice.Very helpful staff.
