Recommend hotel, great stay

The hotel is in a central location and about 6 minutes drive from Tokyo station (Yen1040 by Uber).
The rooms were clean, and the room I chose was a single double which was fine for a solo traveller. It had all the amenities including pyjamas.
The best part was the massage chair by the bed which is very handy after a long flight or long day of sightseeing or shopping.
The staff were very helpful and helped me arrange to get my suitcase sent to the next hotel. There was slight misunderstanding with getting my room cleaned whilst I popped out due to language with one staff but overall English is not an issue.
I will stay here again in the future and have already recommended it to people.
All staff were also very professional and friendly.

This was the hotel I liked the most during all my business trips to Japan.
I usually visit Japan for business.
It’s not that the other hotels I’ve stayed at before were bad, but this hotel stood out as my favorite.
I arrived at the hotel before check-in time, but the staff kindly checked my reservation in advance.
After spending some time exploring the area and having coffee, I returned to find the same staff member ready to help me check in, and I was given a nice room.
Although Japanese hotels are often considered small, I didn’t feel that this room was cramped at all.
The room was clean, and any additional amenities I needed were available in the lobby.
There was also a massage chair in the room, which I didn’t use, but I appreciated the thoughtful touch.
There was a chair in the shower, which I think would be great for elderly guests.
One minor downside was that there was no mirror in the shower, so it was a bit inconvenient to wash up all at once.
Breakfast was included, so I could enjoy my meal in the lobby area in the morning.
I liked that both American & Japanese breakfast options were available.
Since the hotel is close to train and subway lines, it can be a bit noisy at times.
However, watching the trains go by from below made up for the noise.
There were izakayas, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, which made my stay very convenient.
Generous check-out times and quick check-in are definite advantages of this hotel.
I would love to stay here again.

Room was a bit small so I didn't have enough space to fully open my suitcase (and I only had one). But room was clean with a large bed. Bathroom was very nice. There was a massage chair.

The experience was not bad. There’s an effective massage chair in our room and the toiletries (shampoo, body soap and conditioner) were very nicely scented!

The room was very small, even then a massage chair was added blocking the only space available. When we asked it to be removed, we were rudely rejected with a loud ‘NO’.
The air conditioning was in Japanese as many things around. It was limited to 20 degrees, and was resetting itself at night. We couldn’t have the desired level we want. There was barely any space for even one luggage, we had to jump over the bed and our luggage. The bathroom is not isolated, so no sound isolation thinking the room is very small, it becomes huge.
Only the location was great. But if you are claustrophobic, you won’t be able to stay in this size. Maybe bigger sizes of room you must choose.
