Excellent hotel, location and team

Nice place along the Red Sea with a great team very much customer oriented. The place is huge ! Diving centers in the very close vicinity of the hotel are very convenient. Breakfast buffet is really of good quality with both local offer and international offer. The beach is quite common if not disappointing but pretty much the same as other hotel close by. If you swim a few meters away from the beach you will access coral reefs with beautiful sceneries and fishes surrounding you. A good place to stay a few days.

Not a place I will go again

The bathroom walls were shedding a white powder that got all over the counters, our stuff and the towels that were provided. They came to check and gave us new towels. We were told that we could use any pools at Tala Bay, but once we were there we were told we could only use the ones at the hotel. All the pools were closed except for the kid pool that was heated. Adult pool was closed and when we found one opened next door we were told we couldn’t use it. We were told that we could do late checkout and stay till 1 but then were asked to leave at 12 because the room was needed. The hotel wasn’t at full capacity. The extra bed we were provided with was broken and smelled like cat litter.

The hotel stay is very comfortable. Attentive staff, delicious food, spacious rooms, the opportunity to take long walks around the property, views of the Red Sea and swimming pools. All requests and requests are taken into account and executed quickly and with a smile. I express my gratitude to the administration and staff!

Very attentive staff

Beautiful hotel, large well maintained grounds, delicious food, and very friendly and welcoming staff. The manager himself comes up and wonders how we're doing. Any question and wishes are resolved instantly. Impressed! I definitely want to come back more than once.

Huge and beautiful. Rooms slightly outdated but whole experience good

We had originally booked their sister hotel but they upgraded us to this hotel, and also upgraded us to a seaview room.
The check in was lovely and the common areas are beautiful. This place is huge and is basically a whole village which is nice to walk to (internally.) The 5 pools and beach are great.
Our room was ok, a bit outdated. Great balcony and lots of space for your suitcase. There was a safe and a fridge which was good but lighting was a bit weird and hard to figure out.
We had booked half board. Breakfast was great but due to low occupancy they were offering a set menu. It was not brilliant but it was an exception as evidenced by the good breakfast.
We enjoyed our stay and were grateful for the upgrade!
