My only complaint would be that there isn’t a Nespresso coffee machine in the room (which is a surprise given that most hotels now offer them) nor do they provide cotton wool (isn’t that also a basic provision?).
Do note that the hotel doesn’t provide complimentary bottled water either, and only tap with filtered water… however I did appreciate them giving out mint water/ pandan bluepea water in the afternoon for guests (wished that it’s all day long!) at the lobby.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of MYR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. "Pets are allowed on request. There is a surcharge of 50% off the property rates and re-booking is required, Terms and Condition applies. Please contact the property for further details. Property has the right to decline pets stay if they are not qualify as per the Terms and Conditions."
It is prohibited to bring durian and mangosteen to the hotel. Effective 1 January 2024, Foreign nationals entering Malaysia are required to fill in the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) via the Malaysian Immigration portal.
