Strong musty smell in the room, I think it needs ventilation because it is very clean, but it smells musty. We reported burned-out light bulbs in the vanity, but they weren't replaced. And the shower doesn't run properly.

Not a Customer Friendly Place

I reserved my room on their website and paid a 50% deposit. When I arrived, I was told that they did not have the money and that I had to pay in full. And that was after showing them my receipt from their own website. Never pay in advance would be my advice. You get what you pay for here. They do have great showers.

Bad choice

Where to start, select this hotel by its location and reviews, what seems to have been their best luck, since we arrived it seems that the reception staff has several functions and waiting for you there until you finish them, did not give us any information about the hotel (connectivity or room service) entering the room is perceived clean and spacious, clean whites, we tried to bathe on arrival but there was no water pressure, we went down to report and it was no use, extremely hard beds, my son wanted to go to the pool, there were frogs, lizards and hair inside it.
In the morning there was no hot water and we ran out of water, we could not sleep because around 50 mosquitoes inside the room very uncomfortable, it was noticed that his mosquito net was broken, there was no water and some insecticide was made itself that served little, if there is parking but it is a martyrdom with the one of 'Night Reception' itself that never showed up therefore I don't know what it's called and of course without a gaffe, one night came knocking on my door, and I asked if they had no rules of do not disturb and said no, so they can simply come to the hour they want without reason to touch you. I definitely wouldn't book here again.

We enjoyed our stay. We have been to the Holly Hotel efore & knew it was a good motel and matched our budget. The little breakfast cafe was excellent with diverse foods. The pool is very maintained. It is at a great location to the Paseo & bus lines

The property is close to the Montejo with stores restaurants and shops. The facility is very clean and well kept. The staff were great willing to help and friendly The only negative was the lack of hot water, at times the hot water tap had no running water and if it did the water was lukewarm to cool
