Nightmare Hotel

This is one of the most disgusting and filthy hotels I've stayed in. No service is available either and broken things in the room. We get there when check-in would be from 3pm according to hotels.com BUT it is locked and a handwritten note on the door says hotel guests can check in from 5pm and the bar opens at 6pm. Moderately fun to drag my bags away again. But we sat down and had a beer nearby. But we just wanted to shower and change. We get there to 17 but it's locked. We have to knock on a window to the bar and he's unpacking goods but obviously he's doing the check-in too, we get a key and he just says upstairs. Not going to show you. It smells sour and moldy in the hallways. And the carpets are stained. The room then! OK HOLD ON!!! The first is that there are stains in the bedding STAINS so disgusting. Got down immediately and complained and got new bedding but had to make it myself. Then TV doesn't work at all. And we'll find out it's unfixable. The toilet is half broken and lying on the floor. Holes in the wall of the toilet as it stinks out. The bedside lamp has no light bulb, the ceiling lamp hangs in cord, deadly. Holes in the wall down at the entrance and in the hallway. Graffiti and dirty entrance. This is the most disgusting hotel in Europe! Yes if not the world!!!! Emailed and texted during the stay without help. Emailed afterwards and got a reply because they just asked what I wanted with the pictures. That I have already stayed there so cancel is a bit late. Worst worst worst! We never here!

Skansen Hotel, a completely dysfunctional hotel

When I arrived, the provided PIN code did not work on the door panel, and no one responded to the doorbell. A note on the entrance door directed me to the bar next door, but the bar was closed and had no staff present. When I tried calling the phone number listed, I reached a voicemail that referred me to the hostel’s website.
Due to the situation, I had to book accommodation at another location. Approximately 40 minutes later, I received a call from a representative of the hostel. I explained the circumstances, and the person apologized, assured me that the issue would be resolved, and stated that my payment would be refunded.
However, to date, I have not received the refund.

Skittent, ødelagt, tragisk rom.

Jeg sjekket inn på rom nr 23 i går. Det første jeg gjorde var å undersøke rommet, og sette fra meg bagasjen.
Badet ser virkelig stygt og skittent ut.
Det er søppel og hår som ligger her etter andre mennesker. Det er do papir etter andre på gulvet.
Søppelbøtta er full.
Det er sopp eller muggel i taket.
Og noen har revet ned hele dusjforhenget.
Dusjforhenget ligger ødelagt på gulvet.
Jeg gav beskjed til personalet med en gang.
En dame som snakker engelsk, og en mann som prater svensk.
De sa de skulle fikse rommet med en gang.
Jeg gikk på middag og konsert- og når vi kom tilbake hadde ingen ordnet eller vasket rommet.
Ingen ryddet opp før vi dro.
Det er seriøst så dårlig.
Dette hotellet er så gammelt, skittent og ekkelt at ingen bør sove her.
Jeg har mange bilder.
Det er flaut at de ansatte behandler gjester slik.
I checked into room no 23 yesterday. The first thing I did was examine the room, and put down my luggage.
The bathroom looks really ugly and dirty.
There is rubbish and hair left here by other people.
The trash can is full.
There is fungus or mold in the ceiling.
And someone has torn down the entire shower curtain.
The shower curtain is broken on the floor.
I notified the staff immediately.
A lady who speaks English, and a man who speaks Swedish.
They said they would fix the room right away.
I went to dinner and a concert - and when we came back no one had tidied or cleaned the room.
No one cleaned up before we left.
It's seriously that bad.
This hotel is so old, dirty and disgusting that no one should sleep here.
I have many pictures.
It is embarrassing that the employees
treat guests like this.

Nice to stay there but recommend another hotel and have to download the taxi app so you get to the airport

This is not an ordinary hotel because it is without breakfast and you check into the bar should you be a long 2 days so I recommend another hotel and the floor was cold since the wooden floor and windows so rotten hellers it was okay to stay there and wanted to have a taxi

Worst, super expensive, no service staff available when needed, unkind, no elevator, loud bar music at night. Absolutely not recommendable.
