Room felt really nice, clean and looked like recently renovated. Only negative thing for me was that there was two very strong smelling room scent jars in the bathroom that I had to remove to the balcony to be able to be in the room, but I am super sensitive to smells. There was no information about possibility to buy breakfast, and communication was little bit hard with person who was there because she was not speaking english, so I didnt wanted to try to ask, but that was fine, too many great places to eat in Gdansk. :)

Nice house but distant from everything.

Advertised to be 1,8 km from the Old Town. That´s perhaps correct if you measure as the crow flies but the real distance is almost 3 times as long: 4,4 km.
Bicycle rentals are NOT available, contrary to the info on booking.com´s info.
Terrace & Sun terrace? Nope. Just the tiny patio in front of the entrance. The garden is overgrown and useless and so was the fountain.
The bed was squeaking for the smallest movement and the toilet/bathroom was across the hall, which wasn´t mentioned before we arrived. The curtain was too small for the window so we woke up at 05:00 each morning...
The bathroom lacked several, basics like somewhere to hang the shower-head and the soap, while showering.
On the plus side: Good value, nice staff with very basic english knowledge, quiet neighbourhood. Acceptable WiFi. Clean room and bath. Good info about nearby accommodations and public transport.

Excellent value!

An old villa which is run by the owner as a simple but excellent little guesthouse. Rooms are quite spacious, bath/toilet (private, but located in the hallway) newly renovated and very clean, breakfast was a pleasant surprise, location is fine (about 1-2 kms from the city center; walking is possible but tram/bus preferable).
After finding this place, there simply is no other place I will stay in Gdansk.

Обман, хамство и грязь

Если готовы к тому, чтобы вас выставили за дверь в 12 ночи, можете остановить свой выбор на Villa Asesor. За двадцать лет постоянных командировок и личных путешествий, с нами такое произошло впервые. Изначально мы планировали забронировать данный "чудесный отель" через сайт-посредник, нам нужно просто поспать и рано утром двигаться дальше. Хорошо, что на сайте мы увидели ограничение (заехать в отель можно только до 23:30, дикость!), муж решил позвонить в гостиницу напрямую и узнать, сможем ли мы заехать чуть позже, так как не уверены, за сколько пройдём польскую границу. Хозяйска уверила, что будет нас ждать, муж уточнил стоимость ночёвки, и нам было озвучено 175 злотых, хотя на сайте стояла цена 140 злотых. Муж сказал, что мы тогда забронируем номер на букинге за меньшие деньги, хозяйка естественно сказала, чтобы мы ничего не бронировали и приезжали за 140 злотых. В итоге, когда уставшие, с дороги мы приехали в отель, с нас потребовали 170 злотых, за пять часов ночлега. Хозяйка начала выкручиваться и говорить что отправляла нам смс с ценой, в итоге она показала номер, который вообще оказался нам незнаком. Нам не жалко, 30 злотых, но когда тебя обманывают, это противно и непорядочно. Когда я, попробовала все таки указать на очевидные вроде вещи, и объяснить, что, если бы мы заплатили через сторонний сайт, то она бы ещё с этих 140 злотых заплатила бы посреднику 15-18 процентов, на что она сказала это ее дело, что кому платить и просто открыла дверь и сказала чтобы мы убирались. И да, обещанной парковки перед отелем нет, вы просто бросаете машину на дороге за воротами. Не связывайтесь с данным отелем, не тратьте свои нервы. В номерах мы не были, но во дворе и на ресепшн грязь и вонь страшная. Не удивлюсь, если эта мошенница ещё и постельное белье после постояльцев не меняет, дабы сэкономить 30 злотых!

Omijać szeroki łukiem!

Okropne zachowanie właścicielki przyćmiło wszystko. Zdecydowanie nie polecam, a sama już nigdy tam nie wrócę.
Standard pokoi adekwatny do ceny. Obsługa nieprofesjonalna i niemiła. Można się bardzo gorzko rozczarować.
