A wonderful return stay at Kruger Park Lodge
The service quality was good, and the staff were generally friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The only disappointment was that we were unable to use the built-in braai, which would have been the perfect way to end a day of adventure. Additionally, an upgrade to Smart TVs with a streaming service would be a great improvement, especially for families winding down after a day out. More lighting and charging options during loadshedding would also make a big difference in overall convenience.
That said, the beauty of the lodge, the comfort of the accommodation, and the incredible surroundings make this a place we would highly recommend to families looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Disappointing
The house is easy to find and has a nice position that is very private.
The home has potential but unfortunately, we did not have a good experience.
We did not have hot water to half the house as the element in the geyser had burned out. The one shower head had broken off so that left two operational showers for 14 pax.
The pool and firepit area was not accessible as it was under construction. We were only notified two days before our stay that we would not be allowed to use the pool due to a mudslide due to the rain (no mention that it was actually under construction and that this was the actual reason it couldn't be used). We were offered to move our booking to another weekend but this was not an option as we had booked for international guests.
If you're looking for an average place to stay, you don't mind a few cockroaches, chipped crockery & one ply toilet paper, then this is the house for you!
