More good than bad
1. We got greeted with a free glass of champagne at reception
2.We got upgraded to the junior suite( and it was a very large room with a large living room,tv, sofa bed, mini fridge, spacious bathroom, double bed with closet, balcony with view.
3. Buffet was nice both in the morning and evening with a selction of meat and fish in the pm. However I have been to 4⭐️ hotels with a larger buffet than this one.
4. Hotel is right next to a bus stop thag goes to Los Cristianos.
5. Not very busy and quiet area
6. Nice, helpfull staff
7. There are 2 nice golf ️ courses next to this hotel : the « Amarilla » and « golf del sur » but they aren’t cheap : we paid 180€ for 2 people and a buggy for 1 round for 18 holes. If the price point isn’t an issue for you then that’s fine but not everyone can afford that.
8. The spa/wellness center was nice : it was 60€ for a 50min full body massage and an entry to the indoor spa included. Or it’s 15€ per person for access to the pool, sauna, …The indoor spa pool was toasty warm 32°C ! The spa is ideal for an overcast ☁️ day.
❌Negative points :
1. Noisy planes fly over the hotel every 10-15 mins during the day but I didn’t hear them in my room at night.
2. The outdoor pool is divided into 2 parts : one cold and another slightly heated to about 24-25 degrees i’d say. I would of liked the heated pool to be a but warmer especially in feb/march because we really struggled to get in. If they turn up the temp by 3/4°C it would really make a difference.
3. The gym was quite small for the size of the hotel. Luckily whenever I went at around 4-5pm it wasn’t busy at all but having more than 5-6 people in that gym would already be a bothersome.
4. This hotel says it’s a 5 star but I think it’s more of a 4 star quality.
Overall good stay but not too luxurious.

To rest for a few days I didn't need more. All right.
The area is in the south of the island and in a quiet area, for us it was perfect.

Quite disappointing but we made the best of it...
This is definitely not a typical all inclusive ( or at least one that we are used to ..
We were sold a 5 star Spa hotel. I understand Spanish 5 star is not equivalent to English 5 star but I would say that this hotel is a 3 star at best ...
We were sold that the hotel would have a Spa and main buffet restaurant along with 4 other themed restaurants .. Indian, Chinese, Mexican and BBQ with both daytime and evening entertainment.
The spa/ indoor pool ( which is off site / up the road ) was closed for the whole of the 2 weeks we were there. Also they charge for the Spa facilities which wasn't stated when we booked. We booked cause we wanted a spa and to use the gym so this was really a big deal to us. We even emailed the hotel numerous times in both English and Spanish to check about the facilities and was told everything was open and available , so we were not off to a great start having been lied to.
The food is not great. Infact it was dire. A mix match of random things and pretty much the same every night, very basic and not the best. We are very very reluctant to eat at the buffet as we have had encountered RAW CHICKEN and RAW BREAKFAST SAUSAGES on our plates. Anaemic tinned hot dog sausages at lunch with stale buns ... We brought this to the attention of the waiting on staff so hopefully this was passed on to the chefs.
The only themed restaurant was Indian and was only available on a Monday. Meal was ok but again, nothing special.
The entertainment both round the pool and at night was non existent. Aqua gym by the pool 3 or 4 times out of the 2 weeks. No games. At night it was ok ( ish) for the 1st week but then due to staff illness the hotel then nothing apart from guests singing karaoke and making our own entertainment. Really bored in the evenings to be honest.
The key cards for the rooms never worked We had to go down to reception numerous times to reset them ( we made sure they never went near anything magnetic or our phones ) it was just an annoying inconvenience.
In the evening then toilets were a disgrace.. toilet roll with feaces and blood all over the floor. Made me heave ...disgusting ...
The room was ok, decent size and good view. The cleaners come every other day. Towels are changed every other day. You get one bottle of water ( in which the seal of the bottle was broken and it was cloudy ) in your fridge when you arrive and thats it ( just not what we are used too.. we don't drink alcohol so didn't want beer etc, just a bottle of water for the kettle would have been appreciated)
We made staff aware of our disappointment but there's nothing they could do really.
Marie on reception, Jose and Enrique the waiting on staff were really friendly and always had a smile on their face.
If you do decide to go to this hotel. I would recommend self catering. There are some lovely restaurants ( The Mill and Wild Geese Irish bar and Dabda tapas & wine bar) near the hotel and San Blas ( 15 min walk away) has a decent centre with shops, bars , restaurants etc)
We made the best of it and the weather helped, just very disappointed and would not go back.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff.
Friendly staff. Excellent choice for breakfast. Good location. Bus stop outside.
On check in I was given a blue wristband which I took off shortly after. It was not an issue and never mentioned. I showed my room card at breakfast for identification.
My only issue was the location of the room. I booked through a third party website months back and got a reasonable deal. My room was on the ground floor at the side of the hotel not far from a narrow street which, in fairness, was not particularly busy. But I woke on two or three occasions at night because of traffic and voices - the glass door being open because of heat.
I stayed at this hotel before on the fourth floor and had no problems.
I also met an elderly scottish couple who were staying at the hotel for the eight time. I would stay again but pick the room, preferably at the back, higher, with a view of the distant sea.
Nice place. 4 stars.

Positives - lots of sunbeds, friendly staff, pool towels, basic toiletries provided, spacious room, clean.
Negatives - restaurant was basic and food was only luke warm, cocktails on all inclusive were minimal and pre-mixed, entertainment was poor, hotel room was tired and old, room cleaning every other day and not daily. Minimal shops in the area.
